Service Description

Our reentry programs are important because many of those leaving jail or prisons face daunting barriers to successful re-entry. They struggle with mental health challenges, substance abuse education, job training needs employment, affordable housing, transportation, and knowledgeable family and community support. With the support from our partners & sponsors, we create a plan for each person to help with their transition back into society.
